Domestic Shipping

We ship to Australia, using Australia Post.

$9.99 Flat rate Shipping.

$15.99 Express Shipping.

FREE Shipping on all orders Australia wide over $75.

International Shipping

Due to demand, we are pleased to be trialling international shipping to some regions. If successful, we will look in to more cost effective international shipping options in due course.

International shipping starts from AUD$24.00. Please choose from the allocated shipping options when you check out.

Production Times

Some of our items are made to order and therefore take time to make, anywhere from 1 day - 5 weeks. Most items are sent within a week of ordering but if you do need your order quickly, please get in touch prior to ordering to see if an express option is available.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 14 business days of receipt, providing the item/s for exchange are in a brand new, unwashed condition. You will need to return your item/s to us along with a return satchel so we can send the replacement piece/s to you.

Returns

As most of our items are made to order, we ask that you please triple check sizing and measurements before ordering. If you are unsure then we suggest you size up for clothing as it is guaranteed your little one will continue to grow!

If you do wish to send something back to change the size / colour etc, please follow the below steps and we will gladly provide you with an Addison Wonderland store credit. Please do so within 14 days of receipt.

1. Contact Addison Wonderland with order details, item/s for return and reason for return.

2. Return the item/s via tracked mail, along with a return satchel, to: Addison Wonderland, PO Box 882, Albany Creek, QLD, 4035

If for some reason there is a fault with your order, the item must be returned to us in an unwashed and unused state via tracked mail and if deemed faulty, a full refund will be given including postage.
